Abbey England Copper Waterford Nelson Gag

The Gag cheek enables the mobile Waterford mouthpiece to be pulled high in the horse’s mouth, with Full Cheeks preventing the bit from being pulled through the mouth. Often seen in jumping where enhanced directional cues are required. The copper is intended to simulate increased salivation.
