Shipping & Returns
We offer a variety of delivery options to make your shopping experience as easy as possible!
All orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping is always free in Oregon and Washington and store pick-up and local delivery are also available for no additional charge.
Orders shipping within the United States have a flat rate fee of $10 and will ship free over $79.
For orders outside of the contiguous United States, please select International Shipping at checkout. A flat fee of $25 will be charged for International orders.

Returns & Exchanges
At Horseplay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges within the guidelines detailed below:
- Returns for a full refund are required to be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
- Returns for store credit or an exchange are required to be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns for store credit or an exchange must be made within 60 days of original purchase.
- All clearance merchandise is final sale.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Orders placed online may be returned to our store location for no charge.
